Glendo Reservoir

 
 

Glendo Dam and Reservoir were constructed as part of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) Glendo Unit of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Project. Glendo Dam, which is an earth fill structure, was constructed between 1954 and 1958. Glendo Powerplant contains two generating units and is operated when irrigation water is released from Glendo Dam.
