CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION

Open earthen ditch approximately 9 miles long delivering water to approximately 2215 acres and 10 users. Estimated capacity ~ 30 c.f.s.

Moderate; some to Alkali Creek, some to Paint Roack Creek.

OTHER OPERATIONAL INFORMATION

Water for the lands under this ditch is a combination of flows from both Paint Rock Creek (via the Anita Supplementary) and Medicine Lodge Creek.

S 1EW, 2190' from the NE corner Section 1, Township 49N, Range 90W, o.s., and is in the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 1.

CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION

Open dirt ditch 3 miles long with 3 major laterals adding another 1 1/2 miles of ditch. Ditch serves 725 acres and 3 users. Capacity of ditch is approximately 15 c.f.s.
