  3. Municipal surface water does include diversions for the City of Cheyenne. Domestic use based on 150 gallons per day per capita.
  4. Includes 13 mgd for City of Cheyenne, which may be duplicated in Green River Basin. Also the only basin plan to report conjunctive uses.
  5. All domestic water use was assumed to be groundwater.
