  1. Municipal depletions in the Green River Basin include 14,400 ac-ft that is diverted into the Platte River Basin for Cheyenne.
  2. Platte River Basin municipal use had large amounts of conjunctive use that were not separated into surface and ground. The conjunctive use was split into surface water and groundwater based on information found in the tech memos.
