Operational Discussion:	Cross Creek Reservoir collects water from Cross Creek, delivering its releases to users on Little Goose Creek through Bighorn, then Park reservoirs. In late August, the operator tends to empty Cross Creek into Bighorn, then shut it down entirely in late September or Oct. 1, depending on how late in the year the reservoir remains accessible.
