These data were prepared for the Wyoming Water Development Commission Framework Water Plan to provide an edge matched coverage for statewide analysis. These data are an aggregation of the GIS data prepared for the seven individual Wyoming Water Development Commission River Basin Plans produced between 1999 and 2005.
