    Abstract: Contains approximately 53 reservoir permits for 17 major

in dates from the late 1800s to the late 1900s. All attributes were imported 
from the SEO Tabulation of Adjudicated Surface Water Rights stored in a MS 
Access database.
    Purpose: This data was created specifically for use in the Powder/Tongue 
River Basin Plan.

Inc. personnel queried this database for permits associated with the selected 
major reservoirs. This tabular database is associated with the major reservoirs 
areal dataset through the use of a field (Res_ID) that can be linked to the 
corresponding field in the reservoir areal dataset.
