Industrial use of water in WyomingÆs Platte River Basin consists of approximately 75 percent groundwater use and 25 percent surface water use. Industrial water use within the Guernsey to State Line subbasin is classified as miscellaneous by the Wyoming State EngineerÆs Office (SEO). The Guernsey to State Line subbasin uses the least amount of water for industrial purposes of the seven subbasins of the Platte River Basin.
