CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION

Complicated system of open dirt ditches collects water from Roaring Fork Creek, Townsend Creek, Saw Mill Creek and Crooked Creeks and conveys it into Beason Creek for delivery to North Lateral and Bluehill Lateral of Enterprise Ditch. Water division is by shares boxes based on ownership of shares in ditch company.

Organization is a ditch company with little management capability. Water division is left to self-dividing share boxes.
