One 16" screwtype sliding steel gate in concrete headwall.

DIVERSION LOCATION

Source: Paint Rock Creek, Medicine Lodge Creek
S 41E W 3828' from the NE corner Section 32, Township 50N, Range 89W, and is in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32.

CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION

Open dirt ditch approximately 1/2 mile long conveying water from Paint Rock Creek into Medicine Lodge Creek for use in the Anita ditch out of Medicine Lodge Creek. Capacity is approximately 35 c.f.s.

DIVERSION DESCRIPTION

Upstream headgate is one 3' screwtype steel gate in concrete headwall. Downstream headgate is one 4' screwtype sliding steel gate in concrete headwall.

Upstream headgate - S 11E 22' W, 1330' from corner no.6 of Tract 72, Township 50N, Range 89W. Downstream headgate - N 70E E, 1517' from corner no.5 of Tract 70, Township 50N, Range 89W.

CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION

Open dirt ditch 4 miles long (counting both branches) in one ownership delivering water to approximately 600 acres. Combined ditch capacity is approximately 25 c.f.s.

CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION

Open dirt ditch 3 1/2 miles long with one major lateral and 1000' siphon across Military Creek, serving approximately 460 acres, and 6 users. Ditch capacity ~ 15 c.f.s.
