One 48" screwtype sliding metal gate in concrete headwall.

DIVERSION LOCATION

Source: Bennett Creek
2063 feet West and 1307 feet South of the Section corner common to Sections 22,23,26, and 27, Township 57N, Range 102W, and is in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 27.

CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION

Open dirt ditch 3 miles long serving approximately 465 acres and 6 users. Ditch capacity ~ 14 c.f.s.
